After hours attorney access - J&M attorneys will monitor phone calls and answer questions at night and on weekends.

Last-minute closings – We can close some transactions in less than a week of receiving the contract.

Early AM closings & recording – Upon request, and when circumstances allow (usually not with loan transactions) we will record a transaction before 9:30am. Please call ahead of time to discuss your specific closing. Otherwise, all closings for the day record together sometime between late morning and mid-afternoon depending on our schedule for the day.

On location closings - Our attorneys will travel to more convenient locations (such as buyer agent's office) for the client to sign documents when needed.

10 Point Title Summary - AVAILABLE UPON CLIENT REQUEST ONLY AND FOR ADDITIONAL FEE- Before the end of the Buyer's due diligence period, J&M will present the Buyer with a 10 Point Title Summary that will set forth a detailed summary of the findings of the title exam.

Commitment to “Paperless” closings – We currently have the capability for paperless buyer-side cash transactions via AdobeSign. We are working towards paperless seller-side and loan transactions and will make those services available when possible.

Text notification of recording – When specifically requested via text from the broker or client to the attorney on the day of closing, the attorney will send a closing-confirmation text to the broker and/or client as soon as the transaction is recorded.
